The Norwood Nordic Association grooms and maintains a trail system at Busted Arm Draw, located approximately 13 miles southeast of Norwood.
Directions to Busted Arm Draw trails from Norwood:
Take Highway 145 east out of town (toward Ridgway/Telluride) about 2 miles and turn right onto County Rd 44ZS. Follow County Rd 44ZS for roughly 10.5 miles as it travels up a steep hill and across the flats toward Lone Cone Peak. Around mile 10, you will pass over a cattle guard and the road will turn to gravel (hopfully you do not see any gravel!). In less than a quarter mile, take a right at an established dirt road. Drive down it a short ways; the parking lot is on the right. Trail Head Map
